ISO 16890 Filter Meida Test Rig

MFP series |Depth filters

The MFP Series filter test rigs are well proven worldwide in practical use of many applications in the development and quality control of filter media. The MFP test rig is a mobile and modular system which can be fitted with a range of particle spectrometers, aerosol / particle generators and optional components such as corona discharge neutraliser and is available for both flat filter media and small filter elements. The testing procedure can be extensively automated using the individually adjustable sequence programs of the filter test software FTControl and this, together with the clearly defined single components provides a high reliability in the measured results.

MMTC series| Surface filters

The MMTC series provides a reliable and economical test system to be used for quality inspection and development of cleanable media used in pulse jet filters. Different media are custom designed with regard to their structure and surface treatment for a range of applications to minimise emissions and extend service life. The MMTCmodels provide standardised data from testing of these medias, but they also meet the requirements of The Association of German Engineers technical guideline VDI 3926, which defines tesing methods to be used for these media types in two catagories Type 1 and Type 2.
